The Diamond Master himself (no offense, given the recent comparison of the answer to someone not quite sane). As an impartial judge, the DM does not exactly "care" and as the ruler he certainly qualifies as a bit more than a mayor. His omnipresent watchtower cannot easily be surrounded, and this facet in which he lives is marked by cold. Otherwise, there may be some other judge that may reign over this realm that we have not yet discovered.

"In any case, however, I hope that this is not the last of our dealings with one another. It was good of you to stay and hear us out as we fumbled with your riddle, and I commend you on creating such an excellent one, and, of course, thank you for the advice.

"It is my hope that we will, at least, be on more... cordial terms after this. I am hoping that no more prisons or exploitation or breaking of words will be necessary. We have matched wits and displayed our strengths, and know one another perhaps a little better. Perhaps we could also have a name or some other token of your identity to mark this? You are a mystery to even me, and my hand itches every time I must again scribe the phrase "tawny trickster" in my records.
