This forum is currently in beta playtest, but things have stabilized for the most part.
The Diamond Pantheon is an honor society for deities. Good and bad, weak or strong. It works with any system.
To sum up the rules in one sentence: You post what your character does and, unless it's really earthshaking or someone is trying to stop you, it happens.
If you're looking to actually play, you will probably want to read at least the Rules Prospectus. It's only a few pages long and can guide you toward more resources as you need them.
You could also try reading the Exemplar Pantheon, a group of fictional deities who have a one page overview of a week in the life of a DP god.
If you've played an RPG before, you can probably just read through some storyline and jump right in - this game is intended to be easy to learn and nearly diceless.
The glossary might help at this point.
After that, perhaps after you've met some of the other deities here and seen what they like to do, you might read the basic rules document (MS Word) and then the precedent, which is actual posts from the game and includes two completed storylines.
As you begin making more advanced decisions, you'll want to check out the appendices (download) or look in the Unblemished Tier's realm threads for more.
