I will take my karmic symbols back from the pans.

I wonder if another set of symbols within the balance will allow us to read the gilt tome. I believe we have tried Rotsoil symbols. Have we ever found any other symbols besides Rotsoil and Karmic yet?

Thinking back, I remember that Yerkan wanted to try to perform some experiments with putting blood on the bloodstained tome but it was still under glass at the time.

I put one Karmic symbol back onto each of the gold and silver pans.

It appears that Thrash put pentacle symbols onto the scales at one point, but we did not hear if there was any reaction before treachery began, and he had to remove the symbols.

Yerkan, would you still like to perform your experiments with the bloodstained tome while it is available?

I will look at the bloodstained tome with my dark mirror to see if any more writing can be found. When we are done with this tome, I will remove the symbols so that we may try to put other things into the balance.

I'm not sure that we ever actually tried rotsoil symbols. I place my rotsoil symbol in the green gas.

Neither pentacle nor rotsoil symbols provoke any reaction.

These are both great ideas, but neither causes anything to happen. I think I shall add "revealing secret text" as another suggested power of dark mirrors.

The first time I find an Animus Symbol, which I duplicate and try in the pans.

Next I found some shutters, which don't seem useful.

I might suggest that we try more of different colored gems in the deep set eyes. I don't have many different colors, but I notice that others are picking up many gems of different colors. Perhaps it will do nothing, but it is worth a try, I would say.
